Katerina Bocci is proud to offer internships during all semesters. Ideal candidates will work a minimum of 15 hours per week during fall, winter, spring or summer term. Schedules are negotiable, but a minimum three-month commitment is required.

Requirements: Qualified students will have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Katerina Bocci offers interns substantial projects and significant opportunity for skill-development. We are looking for hard-working individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are willing to take on new tasks. Professionalism and responsibility are a must.

Job Descriptions:

Marketing Intern

• Excellent communications skills
• Solid writer
• Help with press release writing and distributing
• Distributing promotional materials
• Managing and tracking company donations
• Must be proficient in grammar and spelling, write clearly
• Possess good organizational skills and be detail oriented
• Should work calmly under deadline pressure
• Some writing is involved, but the internship consists mainly of following up with press releases and executing media requests
• Interns may be asked to pick up and return products for photo shoots, but gas mileage will be reimbursed
• Interns are encouraged to offer promotional ideas at PR meetings and are expected to keep abreast of current events

Fashion Design Intern

• Good sketching ability
• Fundamental knowledge of garment construction
• Basic sewing skills
• Must be hard working and a team player
• Creative, entrepreneurial, and detail-orientated
• Ability to recognize and react to change if work demands
• Will work in trimming, design, sketch, design board, inspiration, photo shoot, styling and fashion show
  • Interns may be asked to pick up and return products for photo shoots, but gas mileage will be reimbursed

Showroom & Sales Assistant Intern

• Must be extremely self motivated
• Excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Assist in growing the label and the business
• Will work directly with the sales representative to organize and run sales events
• Track showroom samples
  • Have a pleasant, polite demeanor on the phone
  • Keep showroom neat and organized at all times
  • Assist with sales marketing and customer services support to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction
  • Sit in on buying meetings
  • Help execute customer service goals
    • Interns may be asked to pick up and return products, but gas mileage will be reimbursed
